Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Times

We ship internationally from our fulfillment partners. Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and carrier delays. During peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), please allow additional time.

 

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: $8.00 (Free on orders over $35)

Express Shipping: $15.00

 

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

 

Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Veylo is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@veylo.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
